Taking a look back of 2014, the US economy continues to improve, market stability and liquidity is getting better and better, although concerns remain about the scale of QEs, investors are generally seeing solid performance and profitability continues to improve across most property types and markets. However, on the other hand, with the economic growth slows down from double digits to 7.4%, the China economy is heavily discussed and the conclusion remains unclear and controversy. With all these dynamics and changes in both markets, ACRES hosted a discussion about the US and China Real Estate market. The discussion was led by ACRES co-founders, the participants’ engagement is encouraged. Hope the event will provide an opportunity for all the participants to review and rethink about the markets.
