The 8/4/2013 event was our first event. Mr. Jim Schubiner was invited as a speaker by Jack Liu and Kino Song. Mr. Jim Schubiner leads Access Group Housing and has extensive experiences in property acquisition and management. The company currently holds 1,500 units in the United States. He summarized ’10 real estate strategies: lessons learned from buying and managing properties’ and shared the practical deal cases at the event.
