During his tenure with the banks, he was responsible for managing a large loan portfolio in addition to originating new loans. Mr. Li has had extensive experience evaluating all property types predominately in the NYC metro area. He has a depth of network with real estate investors, developers, lenders, attorneys & brokers. Mr. Li’s unique insight and professional service toward commercial real estate has earned him positive recognition within the Chinese investment community in NYC.
