The 11/23/2013 event was a neighborhood tour in South Williamsburg. Shawn Li, Kino Song, Jack Liu, Xiaoting Zhang and Jacob Ding led the tour. Blake Lee from Xinyuan Development Group hosted a special tour for ACRES. Two other property sites were toured after the Xinyuan residential development. A mixed-use development site and an apartment project with steady cash flow. There are more than 30 people join the tour. The site visit provided an opportunity for the real estate professionals to understand various site conditions and potential development/investment opportunities. The event was followed with a networking session at Bia67, south Williamsburg.
