Xin Yuan is the Quality Control Manager of Impact Environmental and is a licensed professional engineer in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. He has eight years of experiences in site investigation, remediation, waste management, compliance and permitting of contaminated property development.
