Jennifer A. Dickson (Chief Planning and Development Specialist, Herrick)
Jennifer has extensive experience with zoning and planning issues, and has worked on numerous complex rezoning, special permit and variance applications. She also helps clients navigate inclusionary housing regulations, landmarks issues, development rights transfers, and New York City 421-a real estate tax exemptions.
Jennifer regularly appears before the New York City Planning Commission, the New York City Council and the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals. Prior to joining Herrick, Jennifer worked for the New York City Department of City Planning in the Transportation Division on pedestrian and bicycle planning projects.
